ABOUT CHARLOTTE

As a brand and packaging designer for 25 years, and Head of Design for Global Packaging at M&S for over ten years, I have extensive experience in brand strategy, trend forecasting, design, art direction and creative execution across all elements of packaging, brand and logo design and in-store POS.

I am used to working with both small and large, complex businesses and understand how to balance financial and time constraints whilst always delivering market-leading design solutions.

Having created trend-focused designs for seasonal events – Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day – for over twenty years, I am hugely passionate about designing products that delight customers and increase sales. At M&S I was also responsible for joined-up campaigns for other nationally important celebratory events, such as the Olympics and the Royal Jubilee.

I have extensive experience in character development and I am proud to have created one of M&S’s most iconic characters – Percy Pig!

I work with a wide network of talented industry experts. Where appropriate, I can pull together a bespoke team of the best designers, photographers or illustrators ensuring the delivery of a tailor-made solution.

I have worked with Charlotte on many diverse projects in different roles and different companies for over 15 years. She has always exceeded my expectations in terms of creativity, flair, and project management. She has an innate understanding of customers and uses this with her deep knowledge of design to deliver exquisite responses to specific briefs.

We worked closely for many years at Marks and Spencer and enjoyed many successes together, specifically driving the seasonal events business.

Whilst working with many talented designers and branding specialists over the years, Charlotte was the one I chose to design my own company branding in October 2016, this is testament indeed to her skill and experience.
